IN PERSON SUPPORT IN NOTTINGHAM
My role as a doula, is to provide independent, non-medical support throughout your pregnancy, birth and early postnatal journey. My role is to help you feel informed, confident and empowered by offering evidence-based information, emotional support, practical comfort measures and unwavering encouragement every step of the way. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, caesarean, induction or VBAC, I support your choices without judgement.
Pregnancy and birth are some of the most transformative experiences of your life. From the moment you book with me, you'll have me on hand to answer your questions, talk through any worries you may have and help you prepare for birth with honesty and confidence.
During labour, I'll provide advocate for your wishecontinuous emotional and physical support,s when needed and help your birth partner feel calm, involved and confident too.
After your baby arrives, I'll continue to support your recovery, your transition into parenthood and your growing family.
I aim to hold a safe, calming and grounded birth environment for your baby to be born in; feeling private, intimate and positive for you and your partner. I will never tell you what to do and will always be guided by you and I will offer gentle guidance for when you need me to.
Every birth is unique. Every family is different. My commitment is always the same—to provide honest, informed and empowering support, so that whatever path your birth takes, you feel respected, cared for and supported every step of the way.
I’M THE RIGHT DOULA FOR YOU IF YOU WANT:
Compassionate, personalised support – Every pregnancy, birth and family is unique. You'll receive care that's individualised to your needs, your values and your birth choices. A calm and reassuring presence – Whether your birth unfolds as planned or takes an unexpected turn, I'll be there to help you stay grounded, focused and supported.
Honest, evidence-based information – I'll help you understand your options, explore the latest evidence and create a safe space for you to make decisions about your birth feeling informed.
Support to find your voice – You'll feel empowered to ask questions, communicate your preferences and make informed choices that are right for you and your baby. I will also advocate for you when you need me to.
Support for every type of birth – Home birth, hospital birth, induction, caesarean, VBAC or planned caesarean— I support your choices, whatever your journey looks like.
Encouragement for your birth partner – I'll help your birth partner feel informed, confident and involved, so you can work together as a team.
Practical comfort measures – From massage, to birth biomechanics and Rebozo techniques to positioning, breathing and creating a calm environment, I'll use a range of tools to help you feel comfortable throughout labour.
Non-judgemental care – You'll always be met with kindness, respect and unwavering support, whatever decisions you make along the way.
Care beyond birth – My support continues into the postnatal period, helping you navigate recovery, feeding, newborn life and the transition into parenthood with confidence.
BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGES
THE INFORMED BIRTH PACKAGE
£1500
Everything you need for calm, informed and compassionate doula support throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum.
Included:
2 X 2 hour antenatal sessions at your home to help prepare and plan your birth.
Continuous virtual support via Whatsapp/Facetime throughout your pregnancy from the moment you book with me
On call 24/7 ten days ahead of your estimated due date until your baby is born
In person birth support wherever you plan to give birth
Help planning for the postpartum period
1 X 2 hour postnatal visit including birth debrief/reflection session
Continuous virtual support via Whatsapp/Facetime throughout your postnatal period for up to 6 weeks post birth
Access to my resource area, workshops and books
Use of my TENs machine for your birth, I have the Elle Tens.
Use of my Birth pool if you are planning a home birth, I have the La Bassine Regular and the Birth Pool in a box regular , subject to availability
Photographs or filming of your birth if this is something you wanted/would like
Access to my doula kit including my aromatherapy diffuser kit, birth combs, pregnancy ball, sky projector, lights. rebozo, peanutball etc.
Option to add on additional postnatal support subject to availability (you can read more here about postnatal support)
THE EMPOWERED BIRTH PACKAGE
£1900
The complete package with enhanced antenatal preparation and extended postnatal care.
Included:
2 X 2 hour antenatal sessions to plan and prepare for birth.
Additional 6 hours of antenatal and hypnobirthing birth preparation classes (split into either 2 X 3 hour sessions or 3 X 2 hour sessions)- see my birth prep course here

FULL SPECTRUM DOULA NOTTINGHAM
My passion is to support you to feel confident, informed, and empowered knowing you are being fully supported and listened to throughout your journey to meeting your baby.
I offer a free no pressure consultation/chat to meet me, ask questions and find out if I am the right doula for you and get to know me. If your local to me in Nottingham and prefer an in person chat I am more than happy to meet for a coffee.
I support families in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire borders choosing to birth at home or in hospital. I cover both NUH Maternity units (City and Queens) and Kingsmill, Sherwood Birthing Unit and families who are planning a home birth under the Debyshire home birth team, Nottingham home birth team and Newark home birth team.
I have experience of supporting all births including home births in all of the above home birth teams, hospital births, planned/unplanned caesarean births, planned inductions and families with additional medical needs. I have also experience and training in supporting families who are neurodivergent.
